Tibco Monitoring EngineerAmsterdam/vanuit huis
For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Tibco Monitoring Engineer.
The processes millions of payments transactions every day, both in real-time and for batch volumes. The application is created to process all payments in a transactional manner using synchronous and asynchronous processing. Resilience patterns make the foundation of the architecture.
We are currently doing a migration from our TIBCO Business Works 5.14 application from our old RHEL6 stack to the private cloud(RHEL7/8).
The application integrates with Cassandra, TIBCO EMS, ActiveMQ, Kafka, IBM MQ and GlusterFS for its data transferring and storage solutions, and uses TIBCO Business Events, ELK and a Shell based framework to monitor the state, both functional and technical.
In the same time we are migrating from TIBCO to Java, where TIBCO BE is not used. Related to the infrastructure migration, we also want to migrate TIBCO BE towards other tooling like Prometheus, ELK and/or others.
We are looking for an engineer that has extensive experience with monitoring, both functionally and technically and has experience with handling a complex application chain, as a tester, developer or operations engineer.
Knowledge is required on Prometheus, Grafana, ELK and Linux.
