If your profile matches the customer's requirements we will introduce you. We will coordinate the details and the conditions by e-mail or telephone.

As soon as the customer indicates that you are a candidate, we will invite you for an interview at the customer's location.

We think it is important that you are well prepared for interview. We will arrange a meeting with an account manager from Qualogy t prior to the interview with the customer. You will get some background information concerning the customer, department and technical environment. We can also coach you in communication skills, appearance and conversation topics peculiar to the customer.

Though it is your interview, our account manager is there to help you make the most of it!

Was the interview positive? We will help you get started with your new challenge with our customer.

Before you can start, we have to arrange some things. You will receive an e-mail from us that explains exactly which documents and information you need to provide (the required contracts for example).

Some of our clients ask for a screening; either a Declaration on Behavior (VOG) or Pre Employment Screening (PES). We will let you know ahead of time if a screening is applicable. In this is the case, you will receive an e-mail from us wit instructions you need to complete the screening.

Once you start, your Field Manager will visit you periodically. You can indicate whether the assignment meets your expectations discuss any items that you would like to. This way we ensure that your project runs as optimally as possible

We organize team events where you get the opportunity to meet your Qualogy colleagues and other IT professionals. You can share your experiences with the customer and technical knowledge during these events. They are organized in the form of a lunch, informan gettogether, knowledge session and training.
