Rijswijk, April 30, 2019 – IT service provider Qualogy from Rijswijk accommodated the financial processes of the Dutch Cancer Society in Oracle’s ERP Financials Cloud environment. After a successful implementation, Qualogy also took on the functional application management and the further development of the environment.
More than 1 million collection contracts are now collected with the help of the Financials Cloud. This happens via an automatic connection with all the bank systems.
Scalable and reliable
The Dutch Cancer Society collects 146 million euros of donations yearly. Hence why they need a financial package that can handle big volumes, is reliable and affordable. Koos Boering, CFO of the Dutch Cancer Society: “We are a medium-sized organization but in the area of donations we are, with 6 million collections, a big organization. Our financial package has to be scalable and reliable. With the Financials Cloud, Oracle offered us an affordable solution.”
Saving costs by improving efficiency
Qualogy analyzed the Dutch Cancer Society’s processes before accommodating them in Oracle’s Financial Cloud. Koos Boering: “Qualogy played an important role in optimizing our financial processes. With that, the step from theory to practice has been taken. They also made a good offer for the management. The Dutch Cancer Society has a lot of faith in Qualogy’s expertise.”
