We are looking for an energetic Product Owner to join our organization and take the lead in development for our prominent customers.

As Product Owner, you are the lynchpin between our customers, business teams and developers. With your insight and leadership skills, you will steer the development team to achieve product goals. Where do you end up?
As a Product Owner at Qualogy, you will primarily be seconded to our customers. Our clients are in different sectors, such as: Public, Financial and Commercial. You can also play an internal role in the products we develop in-house or make an internal contribution on other solutions.

*Analytical thinking skills: You are able to analyze complex (IT) business issues, interpret data and generate relevant insights.

*Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels. You can explain complex analyses and findings in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

*Stakeholder Management: You identify stakeholders, understand their needs and develop effective communication strategies. You can build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to increase engagement and collaboration.

*Proactivity: You have a proactive attitude toward learning and exploring new tools, methodologies and technologies. You adapt quickly and effortlessly and can quickly master new knowledge and skills.

*Organizational Ability: As a Product Owner, you play a crucial role in coordinating various tasks, projects and stakeholders within an organization. To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have strong planning and organizational skills.

Who are you?
The Product Owner we are looking for has at least 5 years of relevant work experience in which you have at least gained experience within the public sector. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field such as Business Administration / Computer Science or a related field.
*Minimum 2 years of experience within the (semi-) government or financial sector.
*Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Dutch. You must be able to communicate complex information effectively and clearly to stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
*The following certifications: Professional Scrum Product Owner I and SAFe. Professional Scrum Product Owner II & III is a plus.
*A proactive and self-starting mindset. You take initiative and identify opportunities.
*Experience with Agile project management tools such as: Jira /Azure Boards and Confluence.

In addition, it is a plus if you have the following:
*You are familiar with the production process of an IT product and know what needs to happen to bring a product to production. Furthermore, DevOps, Continuous delivery & integration are not unfamiliar to you.
*You have the skill to effectively manage a backlog so that it is always up-to-date, contains as few conflicting requirements as possible, and the user stories are of high quality.
*You are good at translating stakeholder needs (in a backlog) into a roadmap that provides insight for development teams(s) and other stakeholders.
*You have a sales-oriented mindset, where you are able to understand and communicate the value proposition of solutions, and are able to identify customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
*You have knowledge of cloud platforms, such as: Azure or AWS.

Once the client has indicated that they are interested, you will meet with our account manager. He or she will tell you all about the client, the assignment and the technical environment.

Introduction to the client's office

You will visit the client on location to get acquainted.
