Wageningen Municipality has taken a big step forward in parking management by implementing ParQ, a user-friendly SaaS application developed by Qualogy. ParQ makes managing parking permits more efficient and customer-friendly. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Wageningen’s old hybrid parking systems have been replaced by this modern solution, which offers great benefits both internally and for permit holders. Marian van der Stok, functional application manager, Paulisca van Telgen, information consultant and Gerwin Donkers, functional application manager of the municipality of Wageningen share their positive experiences about this transition in the full blog on the ParQ website. <\/p>\n

Qualogy’s active role in ParQ’s implementation and continuous improvement process is highlighted. The bi-weekly updates and customer-centric approach contributed to a smooth transition and satisfied users. <\/p>\n

The next step for Wageningen is the further digitization of parking policies, with challenges in integrating business and visitor permits into the system. The aim is a primarily digital approach, with room for customization in exceptional cases. <\/p>\n
