How does it work?

The Emergency Response Team has remote access to your systems and documents and verifies these periodically.

Should an incident arise that your helpdesk or second-line support provider is unable to resolve, you can contact us immediately. Within thirty minutes, we will explain how we plan to tackle the situation. We have one goal in mind: to minimize your inconvenience.

To help you get things up and running again, we can take over remotely. The team works from our location in Rijswijk and/or at your location and is available nights and weekends.
