How does it work?

Simply tell us how much support you need per area of expertise per year and we will provide it at our reduced prepaid rate. You can then schedule your support in consultation with us.

A prepaid service guarantees that you will receive the necessary support. This support is always provided on-site.

Fast and flexible

You can submit a support request ten business days in advance (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM). You are entitled to a maximum of two business days of continuous support per request and a maximum of eight days in a four-week period. If you need more support, we will be happy to help, based on a best-effort principle.

Conditions

  • Minimum requirement of 16 hours per area of expertise per year. The minimum total purchase requirement is 40 hours per year
  • If you need more support than the prepaid service allows, you pay an additional 10% on top of the multi-ticket rate
