Our Traineeships
Have you always dreamed of a career in IT? Then this is your chance to make that dream come true! With a traineeship of Qualogy Academy you will be prepared to become a junior developer in 3 to 4 months. And the great thing is that you will learn and earn a nice salary at the same time. Your employment contract is already in your pocket! Once you have successfully completed the traineeship, you will immediately start working as a developer.

This is what a traineeship looks like
Each traineeship has its own specific content, of course. But the program looks roughly the same. In the first half, you learn theory through self-study, online and classroom learning. This is followed by certification. In the second half, you carry out a practical assignment. Together with your fellow students, you build an application. After that, you obtain another certificate. After a maximum of 4 months you can call yourself junior developer. It is an intensive course but there is also plenty of room for fun and ‘celebrate your success’ moments.
You will be taught by an experienced instructor. So you are assured of a good transfer of knowledge. In addition, there is always a committed and experienced Q colleague available to guide you throughout the traineeship.
You follow the traineeship together with a maximum of 7 others. So you will be part of a close team that works together a lot. Read here how Avinash, former participant of the Mendix traineeship, experienced it.

SOMETHING FOR YOU?
Would you like to participate in a traineeship at Qualogy Academy? Then a great interest in IT is indispensable. Also (some) experience in the field is necessary. Especially for the Java traineeship a background in software engineering is required. Preferably you have a college degree in IT. Do you doubt whether you have sufficient background knowledge? Feel free to apply! Together we will see if you and the traineeship are a good match.

Training for colleagues
As a Qualogy consultant, you will distinguish yourself with far-reaching IT knowledge. To keep that knowledge up to date, you can participate in internal trainings.
Besides these trainings in ‘hard skills’, you will also find ‘soft skills’ trainings within the Qualogy Academy. Think of presenting yourself, communicating and dealing with conflicts. Every consultant follows one such soft skills training course per year. New colleagues follow the basic curriculum that consists of five soft skills trainings.
