Open source, machine learning, pioneering cloud solutions … it’s all daily fare for us. So our customers can always count on a future-proof and innovative IT landscape. And does a particular solution not yet exist? Then we simply build it ourselves.

But almost always with or for clients with whom we have had a trusted relationship for years. Sometimes for almost 25 years. Clients with whom we deliver exceptional performance in the field of information technology in a close cooperation and as one team. Together, we are Qualogy!
In doing so, our consultants take it for granted that they share technical knowledge and experience among themselves. Also across projects and clients. We also stimulate this at Qualogy. Our organization
We are a flat organization with short lines of communication. This makes us flexible and agile. We can quickly switch with each other and with the client. And we take decisive and out-of-the-box decisions in our work for clients. It also forms the basis for our characteristic personal atmosphere and culture in which mutual involvement is central. Within Qualogy and in the relationship with our clients.
For the consultants we hire, we set the bar high. Only the best people join us. In addition, we continuously invest in the personal development and further training of our experts. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality in everything we do.
We do our work with a passionate and diverse team. Inspired experts from 15+ different cultures. Approximately 160 consultants in Rijswijk and Amsterdam on permanent employment and a flexible shell of almost 100 experienced specialists who we can quickly bring in when needed.
Qualogy Caribbean
What’s really special: we also have a subsidiary in Suriname, Qualogy Caribbean, with over 90 more colleagues. A mix of young talents that we train ourselves and experienced consultants that we can deploy directly for clients: remotely, but also on location with clients. Both in Suriname and in the Netherlands. This not only gives us even more flexibility in our capacity. But because of the different time zones, it also allows us to serve our clients even longer each day. How great is that?
