We are a flat organization with short lines of communication. This makes us flexible and agile. We can quickly switch with each other and with the client. And we take decisive and out-of-the-box decisions in our work for clients. It also forms the basis for our characteristic personal atmosphere and culture in which mutual involvement is central. Within Qualogy and in the relationship with our clients.

We do our work with a passionate and diverse team. Inspired experts from 15+ different cultures. Approximately 160 consultants in Rijswijk and Amsterdam on permanent employment and a flexible shell of almost 100 experienced specialists who we can quickly bring in when needed.
Qualogy CARIBBEAN
One of our unique strengths is our subsidiary in Suriname, Qualogy Caribbean, where we have over 90 colleagues. This team is a blend of young talent, trained in-house, and experienced consultants ready to support clients—whether remotely or on-site, both in Suriname and the Netherlands. This setup not only enhances our flexibility but also extends our service hours due to the different time zones, allowing us to be of better support.
