At Qualogy, we believe in the power of women in the IT industry. EmpowHER was founded on the belief that by bringing women together, inspiring and supporting them, we can have a positive impact on the IT world and beyond.
Our goal is simple but powerful: we want to provide a platform where IT women can come together to learn from each other’s experiences, expand their professional network and inspire each other to grow and prosper in a still predominantly male industry.

On April 16, 2026, we are hosting an event specifically to celebrate and empower the power of women in IT. We invite you to participate in a program full of inspiration, recognition and new encounters. Central to our goal: connect, inspire and empower! Please note that the program and workshops are in English.

2:30 – 3:30 p.m.: Workshop: Women’s Leadership Workshop with Arlette Vonk.
With over 14 years of experience at Oracle, Arlette brings deep expertise in global leadership, digital adoption, and workforce transformation. As a Global Digital Adoption & Workforce Transformation Leader, she empowers organizations and teams worldwide by putting people, simplicity, and impact at the center of change.
In her Women’s Leadership workshop, Arlette will share insights from leading diverse, high-performing teams across EMEA and JAPAC, offering practical perspectives on authentic leadership, empowerment, and driving meaningful change.
An inspiring and highly practical session you won’t want to miss.

16:00 – 17:00: Hackathon: Tijana Nikolić
We’re excited to have Tijana Nikolić guiding our hackathon! Tijana is an AI Strategy Consultant, public speaker, and SAIS board member, and the founder of Centaurium AI, a consultancy focused on AI strategy, testing, and responsible AI governance. Tijana is passionate about AI’s role in society, education, sustainability, and ethical technology, and has been recognized for her innovative work in synthetic data, AI testing, and sustainable AI practices.
Good to know: all tech disciplines are welcome. You don’t need a specific AI background to participate – curiosity and creativity are more than enough.
