At Qualogy, we believe in the power of women in the IT industry. EmpowHER was founded on the belief that by bringing women together, inspiring and supporting them, we can have a positive impact on the IT world and beyond.
Our goal is simple but powerful: we want to provide a platform where IT women can come together to learn from each other’s experiences, expand their professional network and inspire each other to grow and prosper in a still predominantly male industry.

On April 10, 2025, we are hosting an event specifically to celebrate and empower the power of women in IT. We invite you to take part in a program full of inspiration, recognition and new encounters without obligation. Central to our goal: connect, inspire and empower! Please note that the program and workshops are in English.

2:00 – 2:30 p.m.: Reception & walk-in.
2:30 – 3:30 pm: Workshop: Networking on Purpose with Authenticity and Ease by Marina Velikova, founder of Creazzia, AI scientist turned entrepreneur!
Networking is essential to reach our goals at any stage of life. As Professor Linda Hill (Harvard Business School) states “Who you know determines … what you know,” and what you know determines how far you go. While today we have the means to connect faster, networking remains the art of people – sometimes exciting, sometimes daunting, especially in diverse settings. This workshop will help you turn networking into an asset to thrive today and in future with authenticity, ease, and purpose in lead. From insights into the why and what of networking to defining own purpose-led action for genuine connections, you will lightweight experience networking as a practical take-away.
Marina Velikova will be our workshop facilitator. Growing up in a small Bulgarian town, Marina’s purpose-driven journey required ‘crazy’ (authentic) choices like leaving behind comfort and embracing new cultures and ventures. Over two decades as an AI scientist in academia and tech industry, and now as an edupreneur, she has discovered the power of networking to form empowering connections and unlock uncharted growth opportunities.

3:45 – 4:45 p.m.: Keynote: The Importance of Role Models and Neurodiversity by Wendy Moree, founder of MoreeQuality
Our keynote speaker, Wendy Moree, will bring her expertise in authentic leadership, neurodiversity, and effective go-to-market strategies to the EmpowHER event. With a strong focus on advancing equality and inclusion in the tech industry, Wendy will share actionable insights on how to create a more inclusive workplace and thrive.Together, we’ll explore seven practical strategies to move forward in your career-such as leveraging your unique strengths, building a strong support network, and mastering negotiation. Additionally, Wendy will discuss how to use your femininity to support and uplift other women in the industry, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can grow and succeed in a predominantly male field.
