Base salary and vacation pay
At Qualogy you will earn an excellent base salary. We base this on your education level, work experience, your IT skills and age.
In May you will be paid 8% vacation pay.

Attractive bonuses
We reward good performance: Qualogy has attractive bonuses for all its employees. Medior and senior consultants have their own unique and transparent bonus structure. With the bonus, you share in the turnover you make for Qualogy. And you grow with the organization, because the longer you work with us, the higher the percentage of your bonus. This can go up to 50%.

Vacation and Q days
You get 30 vacation days per year, including 1 Q day (an extra day off determined by Qualogy) and 1 diversity day that you can use on a holiday of your choice.

Development budget
Qualogy is a knowledge house. We encourage you to continuously develop yourself. You will receive a development budget of 2,500 euros per year. Is this not enough for you? Excellent, because then you are really busy with development and we like to think along with you.

Pension
Are you already dreaming about all the things you want to do in your old age? Qualogy has a pension plan for all its employees with Zwitserleven.

Laptop & phone allowance
Nobody likes unnecessary waiting, which is why Qualogy provides a high-end laptop on which all your software will run at lightning speed. You can choose between a Windows or MacBook. Do you prefer to use your own laptop? You can, because we have a good BYOD policy. By default, we reimburse your phone costs up to a maximum of 40 euros per month and pro rata for part-time employment.

Mobility allowance
Qualogy has mobility arrangements for consultants and staff. Consultants have the choice between a mobility budget and a lease car with fuel card. The fuel card can also be used abroad. For staff, a mobility budget applies for the first three years.

Collective health insurance: ONVZ
Take advantage of the excellent collective health insurance at ONVZ. As a Qualogy colleague, you will receive an attractive group discount.

Nanny on the case
One of the most difficult puzzles for parents is: how do I organize childcare? And especially if there is an unexpected hitch because your child is sick, the daycare center is closed due to staff shortages or there is no substitute for the sick teacher. With a “nanny from the company” through Qualogy, you are more flexible to deal with these non-planable cases.

Company fitness scheme
The health of our colleagues is of course very important to us. To make our contribution to that, we offer a company fitness scheme.

 

Events
Visit interesting events, trade shows and meetups with your colleagues. For example, J-Fall, Devoxx, APEX World and Oracle OpenWorld and Java One.

Knowledge sessions, drinks and outings
We regularly organize fun knowledge sessions, drinks, lunches and outings. The annual summer and Christmas parties are also great highlights. Children and partners are welcome. During the Qennisdag, colleagues give presentations; the day is concluded with drinks and good food.
