Base Salary and Holiday Pay
At Qualogy you earn an excellent base salary. We base this on your education level, work experience, IT skills and age. In May you receive 8% holiday pay.
Attractive Bonuses
We reward good performance: Qualogy has attractive bonuses for all its employees. Medior and senior consultants have their own unique and transparent bonus structure. With the bonus you share in the revenue you generate for Qualogy. And you grow with the organization, because the longer you work with us, the higher the percentage of your bonus. This can go up to 50%.
Vacation and Q-days
You get 30 vacation days per year, including 1 Q-day (an extra day off determined by Qualogy) and 1 diversity day that you can use on a holiday of your choice.
Development Budget
Qualogy is a knowledge house. We continuously encourage you to keep developing yourself. You receive 2,500 euros in development budget per year. Is this not enough? Excellent, because then you are really engaged in development and we are happy to think along with you.
Pension
Are you already dreaming about all the things you want to do in your old age? Qualogy has a pension scheme for all its employees at Zwitserleven.
Laptop & Phone Allowance
Nobody likes unnecessary waiting, which is why Qualogy provides a high-end laptop on which all your software runs lightning fast. You have the choice between a Windows and MacBook. Would you rather use your own laptop? That's possible, because we have a good BYOD policy. We reimburse your phone costs up to a maximum of 40 euros per month as standard and pro rata for part-time employment.
Mobility Allowance
Qualogy has mobility arrangements for consultants and staff. Consultants have the choice between a mobility budget and a lease car with fuel card. The fuel card can also be used abroad. For staff, a mobility budget applies for the first three years.
Collective Health Insurance: ONVZ
Benefit from the excellent collective health insurance at ONVZ. As a Qualogy colleague you receive an attractive group discount.
Company Childcare
One of the most difficult puzzles for parents is: how do I arrange childcare? Especially when there is an unexpected hitch because your child is sick, the daycare is closed due to staff shortage, or because there is no replacement for the sick teacher. With 'company childcare' through Qualogy you are more flexible to deal with these unplannable cases.

Knowledge Sessions, Drinks and Outings
We regularly organize fun knowledge sessions, drinks, lunches and outings. The annual summer and Christmas party are also great highlights. Children and partners are very welcome. During Qennisdag colleagues give presentations, the day ends with drinks and good food.

APPLICATION & SELECTION
The application process at Qualogy typically consists of four steps: • Step 1: Intake interview and introduction with HR, discussion of motivation and background (~30 min) • Step 2: Technical interview, in-depth conversation with a senior consultant about your technical expertise • Step 3: Team introduction, office visit or conversation with a future colleague • Step 4: Offer, with mutual match follows a concrete offer The entire process takes on average 2-3 weeks.
At Qualogy you start with a structured onboarding program: • A personalized employee journey via our own digital onboarding app, developed by colleagues. During your first 100 days you follow a structured onboarding program focused on knowledge sharing, personal development, connection with colleagues and a successful start of your career at Qualogy. • Introduction to the team and Qualogy values and methods • Technical deepening in the stack relevant to you • Introduction to your first client, guided by an experienced colleague • Regular check-ins with your coach, team lead or field manager throughout your entire career. You are never thrown in at the deep end, but we do expect you to operate independently quickly.

Yes, Qualogy works with freelancers for specific, short-term, specialist deployment. Are you a freelancer and considering a permanent contract? Then we'd like to hear from you. We offer the security of a permanent contract with the challenge and variety of consultancy work.
Qualogy offers market-conform salary that matches your experience level and specialization. As an indication: • Medior IT consultant (3-6 years experience): €3,500 - €5,000 per month + bonus excl. hourly rate • Senior IT consultant (6+ years): €4,500 - €6,000 per month + bonus excl. hourly rate Additionally we offer: travel allowance, laptop, phone (if applicable), pension scheme and budget for certifications and training. Exact salary indications are discussed during the intake interview, tailored to your specific experience.

Most Qualogy consultants work 4-5 days a week at one client, on-site, remote or hybrid, depending on the assignment. In between there are Qualogy-specific activities: knowledge sessions, feedback conversations with your coach. So you have a "home base" at Qualogy and an external role at the client. You are not alone.
Assignments at Qualogy last on average 6 months to 2 years, depending on the nature and scope of the project. Switching assignments is possible and common, precisely the variation in assignments makes you broader and stronger as a consultant. Qualogy proactively discusses with you which direction you want: more variety or depth at one client. Your preference counts in the match.
Yes. As a permanent employee you are employed by Qualogy, regardless of whether you are currently with a client. During the period between assignments your salary is simply continued. We use that time for internal projects, knowledge sessions, certifications or preparation for a new assignment. This is a concrete advantage compared to freelance work: you do not bear the financial risk of a "bench" period.
