From using AI to truly mastering AI
In this advanced training you learn how to build complex tasks, guide AI to reason and analyze in a targeted way, structure context and instructions smartly, and systematically improve output. Not by simply asking "better questions," but by consciously steering AI towards quality, reliability and results.
You apply the techniques directly to your own practical case and build a solution you can actually use after the training.
The training in short
No-obligation conversation, no commitments
years of IT-consultancy experience, now applied to AI
specialization in AI and prompt techniques
practical steps towards a reusable AI solution
from first prompt to advanced prompter
The challenge
How can AI be used as efficiently as possible?
A simple prompt produces inconsistent results. Without structure, context and instructions, AI output stays unpredictable. So the question is not whether employees use AI, but whether they use it effectively.
Reduce inconsistent output
The same question produces a different, sometimes unusable or unintentionally incorrect answer every time.
Reduce lost time and motivation
Endless back-and-forth prompting because the first prompt was not good enough.
Maximize the potential of AI
AI only gets used for simple questions, not for complex, automated work processes.
Good prompting means making clear to a language model what you want, with which context, in which form and based on which conditions.
Anyone who learns to engineer prompts doesn't get a good answer by chance, but builds deliberately towards a usable result. Good prompting is more than asking a loose question. It is a skill that lets you reach a high degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
From basics to advanced
This is how the training is built up
Prompting is learned step by step. The training follows seven parts, from a first simple question to a validated, reusable result.
Introduction
Introduction to the training and the importance of professional AI use, with an icebreaker to gauge the starting level.
Why: insight into the current level and the first opportunities for improvement.
From simple to professional AI use
Why simple prompts give inconsistent results, and experiencing the difference between a simple and a professionally structured prompt.
Why: understanding how the structure of a prompt affects the quality of the output.
Different ways of prompting
Structuring prompts around role, goal, context, input, instructions, constraints and output format. Including context and loop engineering.
Why: independently choosing the right approach and building professional AI workflows.
Prompt limitations
Understanding the limits of prompts, such as putting too many instructions in one prompt and unnecessarily combining techniques.
Why: prompting more efficiently and avoiding unnecessary complexity.
When not to use AI
Recognizing when AI is not the right tool, when checking costs more effort than doing it yourself, or when information may not be shared with AI.
Why: deciding consciously and responsibly when AI does and doesn't fit.
Validating and improving
Systematically validating AI output with techniques such as critique, review criteria and second-pass prompting. Making assumptions explicit.
Why: improving AI output until it is a qualitatively usable end result.
Practical case per discipline
ResultIdentifying the most recurring or frustrating tasks per discipline and developing a concrete AI solution with suitable tooling, for example Claude Skills, Claude Cowork, Lovable or Claude Design.
Why: creating something tangible that adds direct value in daily work.
