About the Role

As an Interim Project Manager, you will play a key role in defining, preparing, leading, and executing projects that help shape the future of HR within one of the world’s largest food retail groups. You will ensure that processes and structures are in place to support high-level performance in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

Project Preparation: Identify business needs, analyze stakeholders, define project scope and objectives, and assess feasibility. Select resources and assemble the project team.

Project Planning: Develop project plans, resource allocation, risk management, quality control, and budgeting.

Project Execution: Lead and coordinate internal and external teams, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and budget.

Project Closure: Oversee project completion, documentation, evaluation, and handover to the business. Analyze lessons learned.

Knowledge Development: Stay up to date with trends in HR Tech and share knowledge within the team.

Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and satisfaction of stakeholders, and provide expert advice.

Your Profile

Higher vocational or university degree.

7-10 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably within HR technology or data-driven environments.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Analytical and result-oriented.

Experience with project management tools.
