For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a IT Integrator/ Project Manager (Digital Products, Customer Onboarding, Stakeholder Management).
We are looking for a senior IT Integrator to scale an existing Mobile Onboarding journey for Private Individuals to another country, ensuring maximum reuse of existing components while integrating country‑specific modules (KYC and product flows).
As an IT Integrator you are part of the Tech community and a key player in the cooperation between Business, Architecture, and IT stakeholders. You lead and enable complex changes within and across teams and departments.
Mobile Onboarding Scale-Up
The project aims to extend a mature Mobile Onboarding journey to a new market, ensuring maximum reuse of existing components while integrating local modules for KYC and product fulfillment.
This initiative will deliver a fully digital, customer‑facing onboarding experience, enabling customers to open accounts seamlessly via mobile. Beyond this rollout, the solution will lay the foundation for faster expansion to other countries.
What you will do and what are your responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex, customer-facing mobile onboarding journey, from initiation and planning through execution and stabilization
· Manage dependencies and risks across multiple squads and countries, ensuring timely delivery against an aggressive timeline
· Coordinate cross‑functional teams (including developers, architects, business stakeholders, and external vendors) across multiple geographies to achieve seamless integration
· Ensure compliance and quality by embedding regulatory requirements (KYC, GDPR, DPIA) and robust testing practices into the delivery process
· Facilitate governance and collaborative decision-making, including steering committees, escalations to maintain alignment and resolve impediments quickly
· Provide clear reporting and insights to senior management and stakeholders, enabling evidence-based decisions and transparency throughout the program
· Lead and enable continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize architecture for multi-country scalability and reduce technical debt
You will work together and align with multiple squads/tribes across different countries, program managers, IT integrators and Product Leads of the value streams, plus external vendors.
You have to be familiar with the latest technologies, architectural guidelines and agile Way of Working in order to be able to participate in various discussions and drive the implementations.

What you’ll need to succeed:
· 10+ years’ experience in IT program/project management in banking environments
· Proven, practical experience of multi‑country rollout of customer‑facing digital products (like mobile onboarding or equivalent)
· Knowledge of customer onboarding processes in banking
· Ability to manage complex IT programs end‑to end (from initiation & scoping to execution and stabilization), with deep understanding of the IT project lifecycle and ‑multi country scale
· Advanced international stakeholder management: successfully manage a high number of senior stakeholders across different countries; set up and run steering committees
· Excellent communication skills across engineering and senior/executive management, including cross cultural negotiation and alignment
· Ability to discuss and align technical decisions with engineering teams: architecture & APIs, orchestration layers, automated testing frameworks & integrations
· Compliance and risk awareness: practical understanding of KYC, GDPR, DPIA, data segregation, and IT risk management
· Excellent problem solving‑ skills; proactive and solution oriented mindset to tackle technical and functional challenges; ability to switch between details and high level overview
· Excellent time management to deliver key milestones against the timeline; ability to balance tradeoffs without compromising ‑quality
· Look ahead to identify impediments and dependencies early and enable fast, fact-based decisions to resolve ‑them
· Experience delivering projects in a largescale‑ Agile environment
· Fluent English, speaking and writing
