We’re looking for a technical expert in M365 SharePoint to help a running project for 3 to 6 months to complete the configuration and migration.

The team

You will join the core project team responsible for establishing a centralized Microsoft 365 collaboration environment for the Finance organization operating across multiple countries.

The project is currently in the pre-migration phase, preparing a large-scale consolidation of SharePoint sites, document libraries, and business-critical content into a new governed environment.

You will work closely with:

• Project Manager (Change Expert)

• Technical SMEs in Global Admin Center

• Business Site Owners

This role requires interaction with business users, guiding them through preparation and execution of their migrations, as well as interaction with the build & support team, developing the platform.

Role and responsibilities

The Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant is responsible for the SharePoint Online migrations while designing compliant structures aligned with global M365 governance. They provide hands-on technical expertise, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide business users through preparation and execution. They collaborate closely with IT, governance, and business stakeholders to ensure a smooth, secure, and high-quality transition into the new environment.

Responsibilities include:

● Advising on decisions in technical engineering & information architecture

● Leading end-to-end migration activities, including preparation, scoping, execution, and postmigration validation.

● Troubleshooting migration issues such as permissions, thresholds, metadata conflicts, sync behaviors, and broken links.

● Develop Power-Automate automation to reporting.
