For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Business Analist (IGA, Sailpoint).

Our current IGA environment has been shaped by complex organisational growth, intricate global and regional business processes, legacy IGA components, and significant volumes of data. With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform. We are undergoing a large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation, strengthening identity governance, modernising authentication and authorisation mechanisms, and building scalable identity processes across the enterprise. Within this programme, cross-functional teams drive alignment between local operations and central platform teams - ensuring structured planning, readiness, and delivery across all IAM workstreams. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identity Data Analysis:

a. Use data analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret identity attribute data.

b. Create and present reports that provide insights into identity data.

c. Support decision-making by providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis

2. Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

a. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze Identity Governance requirements, ensuring they are aligned with our clients security policies, business objectives, and compliance needs.

b. Conduct detailed analysis of business needs, processes, and workflows.

c. Identify gaps and recommend solutions that enhance business performance

3. Solution Design & Documentation:

a. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and document these in clear, concise language.

b. Design solutions by aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.

c. Assist in the development of test cases and plans to ensure the system meets business needs.

4. Process Improvement:

a. Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and improvement.

b. Work with departments to re-engineer processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve eCiciency.

c. Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and resource utilization.

5. Stakeholder Communication & Management:

a. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments.

b. Ensure alignment of business and technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

c. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues

6. Project Support & Implementation:

a. Participate in project management activities, including timeline management, task prioritization, and risk management.

b. Assist with testing, training, and deployment of new systems or processes.

c. Support post-implementation reviews and assist in troubleshooting issues post-launch

7. Continuous Improvement:

a. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

b. Recommend and implement improvements to business analysis methodologies
